Any previous vaccination or medical records, details of your pet's current food and any medication or supplements, and a note of anything you have noticed at home. Please bring cats in a secure carrier and dogs on a lead.
It depends on what is planned. Some tests and procedures need your pet to have an empty stomach and others do not. Please contact the clinic before your appointment and we will tell you exactly what is needed.
Yes. Grooming and spa services cover bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning and coat care, and are carried out inside the clinic so anything unusual can be checked straight away.
