The EverCare website provides general information about our clinic, veterinary services, team, facilities, operating hours, appointment availability, promotions, educational content, and contact details.
Website content is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for:
Information published on the website should not be used to diagnose or treat an animal without consulting a qualified veterinary professional.
Medical advice cannot always be provided safely through website forms, email, social media, telephone calls, or messaging applications without examining the patient.
The website, email, social media accounts, and non-emergency messaging channels must not be relied upon for urgent or life-threatening veterinary situations.
If your pet appears to be experiencing an emergency, you should call EverCare immediately before travelling to the clinic.
Calling ahead allows us to assess the situation, confirm whether suitable veterinary support is available, and prepare for your pet’s arrival.
Submission of an online form, email, or message does not guarantee that it will be reviewed immediately.
EverCare’s ability to accept an emergency patient depends on factors including:
Where appropriate, you may be advised to attend another veterinary hospital, emergency facility, specialist, or referral centre.
The website may allow you to request or book veterinary appointments and other clinic services.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that the requested appointment time is available.
An appointment is considered confirmed only when you receive confirmation from EverCare through an authorised communication channel.
We may contact you to:
Online availability may change before a booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including:
Failure to provide important information may affect our ability to prepare for or safely provide the requested service.
Appointment attendance, late arrivals, cancellations, missed appointments, walk-in visits, and clinic conduct are governed by the EverCare Clinic Policies.
EverCare may need to change, postpone, or cancel an appointment due to:
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you using the contact details provided and offer an alternative appointment.
EverCare is not responsible for indirect expenses resulting from an appointment change, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Any payment taken for a service that EverCare cancels before it is provided will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment and refund arrangements and UAE law.
Veterinary services are provided according to:
The services displayed on the website may not be suitable or available for every patient.
A veterinary consultation may be required before EverCare can confirm whether a particular procedure, medication, diagnostic test, or treatment is appropriate.
EverCare may decline to provide a requested treatment where the attending veterinarian reasonably considers it:
Where appropriate, the veterinarian may recommend an alternative treatment or referral.
Veterinary examinations, diagnostic testing, medication, sedation, anaesthesia, procedures, surgery, dental treatment, and hospitalisation may require verbal, electronic, or written consent.
Certain services require a separate consent form.
By approving treatment, you confirm that:
Consent may be withdrawn before treatment begins, subject to payment for services, preparation, medication, products, diagnostics, or professional work already provided.
Withdrawal of consent may not reverse services already performed or costs already incurred.
In urgent or life-threatening circumstances, the veterinary team may recommend immediate stabilisation before a complete diagnostic plan or detailed estimate can be prepared.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered owner or authorised representative before providing additional treatment beyond the consent already given.
You are responsible for:
If we cannot reach you, the veterinary team will act within the authority and consent already provided, while considering the patient’s immediate medical needs and applicable professional requirements.
You may request an estimate before approving diagnostic testing, surgery, hospitalisation, or other treatment.
An estimate is not a guaranteed final price. It is based on the information available and the expected treatment requirements at the time it is prepared.
The final charge may change due to:
Where reasonably possible, EverCare will contact you before providing treatment that significantly exceeds the estimate.
A difference between an estimate and the final invoice does not automatically mean that the service was incorrectly charged, provided the additional services were authorised, clinically necessary within the agreed consent, or required in an emergency.
Service prices may vary according to:
Prices displayed on the website, social media, advertisements, or promotional material may be subject to conditions, eligibility requirements, validity periods, and availability.
Unless stated otherwise, advertised prices apply only to the specific service described and may not include additional consultations, medication, diagnostic tests, sedation, anaesthesia, hospitalisation, consumables, or follow-up care.
The applicable price and included services should be confirmed with EverCare before treatment whenever cost certainty is required.
All applicable charges will be invoiced in United Arab Emirates dirhams.
Payment is due when services, treatments, medications, products, or procedures are provided, unless EverCare has approved another arrangement in writing.
Available payment methods may include:
Payment methods are subject to availability and may change.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
EverCare may suspend non-emergency services, withhold non-essential products, or postpone elective procedures where required payments have not been made.
Nothing in these Terms prevents EverCare from providing medically appropriate emergency stabilisation where reasonably possible.
Online and payment-link transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
EverCare does not normally receive or store complete payment card information processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
The payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, approval requirements, and transaction limits.
A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the relevant payment system.
EverCare is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
No additional digital payment charge will be imposed unless it has been clearly disclosed before payment and is permitted under applicable law.
EverCare may require a deposit or advance payment for services including:
The required deposit and applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before payment.
Deposits may be applied towards the final invoice.
Additional payment may be required if the treatment cost approaches or exceeds the deposit already paid.
Any unused refundable balance will be processed according to the applicable payment method, clinic procedures, and UAE law.
Appointment cancellation and missed-appointment requirements are explained in the EverCare Clinic Policies and any booking-specific terms provided during confirmation.
Consultations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures, laboratory services, medications, professional time, and other services already provided are generally not refundable merely because:
This does not affect any right to a refund, service correction, replacement, re-performance, or compensation that applies under UAE law where a service or product is defective, incorrectly supplied, incorrectly charged, or not provided as agreed.
Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method or another method permitted by EverCare’s finance procedures.
Bank, card, instalment provider, or payment-gateway processing times are outside EverCare’s direct control.
Products, medications, food, supplements, and other items are subject to availability.
EverCare may cancel or decline an order where:
Prescription medication will only be provided where the veterinarian has sufficient knowledge of the patient and any required veterinary relationship or examination has been established.
Clients must follow all veterinary instructions relating to medication use, dosage, storage, and administration.
For health, hygiene, safety, and storage reasons, the following items may not be returnable after leaving the clinic:
A return, refund, replacement, or other remedy may be provided where required under applicable law, including where an item was incorrectly supplied or defective at the time of purchase.
Clients should contact EverCare promptly after discovering a problem with a product.
Hospitalised patients will receive care according to their condition, the authorised treatment plan, and the clinic’s available resources.
Treatment plans and costs may change during hospitalisation if the patient’s condition changes.
You must remain reasonably contactable while your pet is hospitalised.
Unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing:
EverCare may require written acknowledgement where a client requests discharge against veterinary advice or refuses recommended treatment.
EverCare maintains veterinary records relating to the services provided to each patient.
Requests for copies of medical records should be submitted by the registered owner or an authorised representative.
EverCare may require:
Records may be shared with another veterinary provider, laboratory, specialist, insurer, or authority where authorised, required for continuity of care, or permitted or required by law.
Medical records remain subject to applicable professional, record-retention, confidentiality, and legal requirements.
EverCare may recommend or arrange services provided by third parties, including:
Third-party providers may have separate prices, terms, privacy practices, processing times, and responsibilities.
Unless EverCare expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the third party is responsible for the service it independently provides.

EverCare may provide available supporting medical and financial documents, but cannot guarantee claim approval, processing time, or reimbursement.
The insurance provider makes the final coverage and reimbursement decision.
Veterinary medicine involves biological and medical factors that cannot always be predicted or controlled.
EverCare does not guarantee:
This does not reduce EverCare’s obligation to provide services with the professional care required by applicable standards and law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, personal or property damage where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right.
When using EverCare’s website and services, you agree to:

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting an appropriate regulatory, consumer-protection, licensing, or judicial authority.
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute in good faith through EverCare’s complaints process.
Subject to any mandatory consumer dispute procedure or legal right, the courts of Abu Dhabi shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, the website, bookings, payments, or services provided by EverCare.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory right or remedy available to a consumer under UAE law.
Where any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will apply.
EverCare may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect:
The latest version will be published on the website with the updated effective date.
Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under a completed transaction where those rights cannot legally be changed.
Your continued use of the website or new services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and transactions.
If a court or competent authority determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or modified only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If EverCare does not immediately enforce a right or provision, this does not mean that the right or provision has been waived.
Any waiver must be clearly confirmed by an authorised representative where required.
These Terms, together with the applicable Clinic Policies, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, treatment consent forms, written estimates, booking terms, and service-specific documents, form the agreement relevant to the service being provided.

If there is a difference in interpretation between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent required or permitted under applicable UAE law.
